2018 - 2019 Charity Application period is May 15 - June 22, 2018


It’s time to apply for the 2018 – 2019 State of Alaska employee’s SHARE giving campaign! We are excited to announce that the application period for the 2018 – 2019 SHARE campaign is now open.

Please carefully read the application instructions listed below. 

Your agency may not have to fill out the full SHARE application if:

  1. Your organization applied and was accepted in the Pick. Click. Give. campaign. If so, you need only supply the most recent (2019) acceptance letter from Pick. Click. Give. in place of a full SHARE application, OR

  2. Your organization is part of a United Way in Alaska that may be applying on your behalf.If you are uncertain of your status with a United Way or if your they are applying to SHARE, please contact your local United Way.

Full SHARE Application must be completed if your organization did not apply or was not accepted to Pick. Click. Give or is not part of an applying United Way. 

Only Alaska-based charitable organizations (organizations who provide services, benefits, or assistance to beneficiaries in Alaska or who conduct activities affecting health and welfare in Alaska) are eligible to apply to participate in the SHARE campaign. 

NOTE:  If your organization meets eligibility requirements and is accepted to participate in the SHARE campaign, the Municipality of Anchorage and the Anchorage School District have the option to include your organization as a beneficiary in their workplace campaigns. 


Alaskan-based non-profit charitable organizations that would like to be eligible to receive funding from the SHARE campaign must either:

  1. Be part of a United Way in Alaska that is applying to SHARE, OR

  2. Submit the most recent (2019) Pick. Click. Give. acceptance letter, OR

  3. Submit full application directly to SHARE.The application can be obtained through this link:

Deadline for submission by any of the above methods is 5:00 p.m. Alaska time on June 22, 2018.

Late submissions will not be considered.

Pick. Click. Give. Acceptance letters (sent from Pick. Click. Give. via email in the first part of May) will be accepted via email, mail or delivery. (No faxes please.)

If submitting a full application, the completed applications must be mailed or delivered (no faxed or emailed applications accepted) to United Way of Anchorage, 701 W. 8th Avenue, Suite 230, Anchorage, AK  99501. Attention: Cheryl Antenucci
